📌 GTC PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT
This Participation Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into by and between:
Gold Trading Championship (GTC), hereinafter referred to as “GTC”,
And
The Participant, hereinafter referred to as “Trader”, whose details are provided below.
By accepting this Agreement via the official Google Form, the Trader acknowledges and agrees to the terms, conditions, risk disclosures, and disclaimers set forth herein.

1️⃣ PARTICIPATION TERMS
1.1 Eligibility & Agreement to Terms
The Trader must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to engage in forex trading.
The Trader acknowledges that participation in the GTC Challenge is voluntary and entirely at their own risk.
The Trader agrees to abide by all rules, guidelines, and requirements outlined by GTC.

1.2 Challenge Requirements
The Trader must trade in their own account using their own funds.
The Trader must complete the required sets as per their chosen challenge (GTC Pro or GTC Lite).
If the Trader fails (balance reaches $0 or a non-tradable balance), they may restart as per the challenge rules (either free or with a re-entry fee).
The Trader must comply with all reporting requirements and provide trade updates on social media, as required for specific challenges.

2️⃣ IMPORTANT REMINDER
2.1 Completing a Challenge Set
✅ 1 Set = $50 Grown to $100
✅ No Running Trades Allowed at Time of Submission
📌 You CANNOT submit a report with running trades still open.
🟥 ALL RUNNING TRADES MUST BE CLOSED BEFORE YOU SUBMIT 🟥
2.2 Reporting & Approval Process
🔹 AFTER closing ALL running trades, your balance must be $100 or more = 1 set is COMPLETED. ✔️
🔹 Submit Report to Admin for auditing.
🔹 Admin will reply to acknowledge completion.
🔹 You can only start the next set the following day AFTER Admin approval.
📌 You must INFORM the Admin once you complete 1 set before moving on to the next set.
❌ If you start a new set without informing Admin first, that set will be disqualified.

🔹For Pro/Elite > Investor passwd is needed. For constant auditing & internal leaderboard. Throughout the entire sets & levels trader shall not change the password without notice or else trader can be immediately disqualified from the challenge.

3️⃣ SOCIAL MEDIA PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENT

3.1 Mandatory Social Media Documentation for GTC PRO & LITE Traders
The Trader agrees to document and share their challenge progress via:
✅ TikTok OR Instagram
✅ Using the official #GTC hashtag
✅ Tagging GTC’s official social media account (provided by GTC)
📌 The post must document the Trader’s journey (win/loss/progress) and can be:
✔️ A faceless video
✔️ A written post with a photo
3.2 Posting Frequency Requirement
📌 The Trader must post at least one update per week.
🔴 Failure to post at least once per week will result in disqualification from the GTC PRO or LITE challenge.
🔄 Disqualified Traders must restart from Set #1 if they wish to continue.
